Refund policy
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase. Opened cosmetics, skincare products, and personal-care items generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable, except where required by law.
STARTING A RETURN
Contact us through our Contact page and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please include photographs if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Do not send an item to Gatsby & Co. or directly to a supplier until your return is approved and you receive return instructions. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Approved returns are handled through our Shopify Collective suppliers. The supplier will generally provide the return label within two business days. Under our standard return policy, there is no return-label fee and no restocking fee. Return requests are reviewed for eligibility before approval.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect so we can work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
REFUNDS
After an approved return is processed, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
CANCELLATIONS
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Supplier fulfillment can begin quickly, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If an order is shipped into the European Union, applicable cancellation and return rights—including any required 14-day cooling-off period—remain available as required by law.
