ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of unavailable inventory, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or a supplier’s inability to fulfill it. If payment was collected for a canceled item, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Many products are fulfilled directly by independent suppliers through Shopify Collective. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

PAYMENTS

You agree to provide current and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable charges.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or address problems.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies posted on this store. Do not send a product to Gatsby & Co. or directly to a supplier without approved return instructions.

Skincare, cosmetic, wellness, and heated-eye-mask information on this store is provided for general product-description purposes.
